Guests: Spouse and children are welcome to attend, but please know that some dinner locations, adventures, and activities are not childfriendly

Payment: GRT will secure rooms for all attendees and will send you an invoice for 2 nights room charge that will need to be paid along with registration fee, and activity fees

Transportation: GRT will have arranged transportation shuttles to and from Las Vegas International Airport. If you are not able to arrive in LAS for a GRT Shuttle you will need to arrange your own transportation.

All OD attendees and Vendor friends recommended to take GRT Shuttle We will have a shuttle(s) leaving Las Vegas (LAS) on:
1/30/25: Two shuttles @ 12:00 PM (Noon), 2:00 PM
1/31/25: Three shuttle options @ 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2:00 PM
2/2/25: Two shuttles @ 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon)

For shuttles to return to Las Vegas (LAS):
2/2/25: One shuttle @ 2:00 PM
2/3/25: One shuttle @ 7:00 AM
2/4/25: Three shuttles @ 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM

Pre-Meeting Adventure: (Optional) Telescope Peak hike

GRT is hosting a pre-meeting adventure on January 30-31, 2025. We will drive to Mahogany Flat campground, where we will camp at 8200’ elevation. We will start our summit hike of Telescope Peak (Elevation 11,043’) at sunrise on January 31, 2025. If interested, you will need to arrive in Las Vegas on Thursday January 30, 2025, before 12:00 PM (noon).

CE Day: Add 1 night room + $199.00 COPE CE registration fee
GRT is hosting a pre-meeting CE day with 8 Hours of COPE CE on January 31, 2025 starting at 8:00 AM. If you want to attend the CE day you will need to arrive on January 30, 2025 before 12:00 PM (noon)

Meals: GRT will be arranging group meals at the meeting for attendees, so all you will need is snacks. If you have a guest at the meeting, they are welcome to attend, but the attendee will be charged a meal fee with the final invoice.
