Guests: Spouse and children are welcome to attend, but please know that some adventures and activities are not child-friendly

Payment: GRT will secure rooms for all attendees and will send you an invoice for 2 nights room charge that will need to be paid along with registration fee, and activity fees

Transportation: GRT will arrange for transportation to and from Denver International Airport

Pre-Meeting Adventure: Add 1 night room
GRT is hosting a pre-meeting adventure on September 3, 2024, where we will hike up to Flattop Mountain and Hallett Peak,

If interested, you will need to arrive in Denver on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

CE Day: Add 1 night room + $199.00

GRT is hosting a pre-meeting CE day with 8 Hours of COPE CE on September 3, 2024 starting at 8:00 AM. If you want to attend the CE day you will need to arrive on September 3, 2024

Group Adventures: GRT attendees will have 2 days of group adventure activities. What activity are you interested in? Please select your #1 , #2, and #3 activity choices.*

Meals: GRT will be arranging group meals at the meeting for attendees, so all you will need is snacks. If you have a guest at the meeting, they are welcome to attend, but the attendee will be charged a meal fee with the final invoice.
